She was born on May 30, 1908 in Aurora, Utah to Lorenzo Snow and Eliza Isabell Mott Curtis. She was the eleventh child of 11 children. She married Wilford Otto Taylor on June 26, 1925 in Richfield, Utah. The marriage later was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on February 7, 1973.
She was fulltime mother and homemaker and lived her entire life in Aurora, Utah. She never learned to drive a car until she was 60 years old. She loved to crochet and did beautiful work. She made all the children and grandchildren lovely quilts and handworks.
Her greatest joy came from seeing the accomplishments of her family. She was very proud of them.
When you went to visit her, you never went away hungry. She was a very good cook and homemaker and bottled all the fruits and vegtables they grew.
Survivors include her husband, Aurora, Utah; two sons, Clifton (Kay) Taylor, Aurora, Utah and Bernell Taylor, Salt Lake City, Utah; five daughters, Mrs. Boneta Connell, Mrs. Fenton (Carol) Daley and Mrs. LaVar (Varona) Roberts, all of Salt Lake City, Utah; Mrs. Carnell (LaVern) Hatch, Richfield, Utah; Mrs. Charles (Loye) Michelsen, Santa Rosa, California; 26 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and one brother, Floyd Curtis, Aurora, Utah.
Funeral services were held on Friday May 4, 1979 in the Aurora Second LDS Ward. Burial was in the Aurora Cemetery under direction by Peterson Mortuary, Salina.
