Elmer Kutcher, 47, of Route 3, Oxford, was found dead in bed this morning at his home, apparently the victim of a heart attack suffered during the night.
Mr. Kutcher had farmed east of Oxford all of his adult life.
He was born November 15, 1910, a son of Mike and Alice Sedlacek Kutcher.
Survivors include his widow, Arlene; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Deatsch, of Oxford; a son, Jack, at home; his parents, of Oxford; two brothers, Raymond and Earl, both of Oxford; a sister, Mrs. Leona Koenighain, of Williamsburg, and a grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Church in Oxford with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. at the McGovern's funeral home in Iowa City.
