Funeral services for John A. Meyer, 91, will be at 10:30 am Tuesday at the United Congregational Church with the Rev. Charles Allen officiating.
Burial will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery with the Clements Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Meyer was born Feb. 11, 1880 in Hutchinson County and died June 15 at the Corsica Nursing Home. On Jan. 22, 1908* he married Salome Hasz in Hutchinson County.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Edna Permann, Armour; five sons, Reuben, Delmont; Elmer and Gilbert, Mauston, Wis.; Albert, Lakeside, Calif., and Reo, Armour; one sister, Mrs. Lydia Schnabel, Tripp, 17 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife in 1929, three brothers, three sons, and a sister.
