Funeral services will be held Wednesday for Daniel Meyer, 75, who died Sunday at a Parkston hospital. He had been a long time resident of the Tripp area. Rites will be held in the Frieden's Reformed Church at 1:30 pm Wednesday with the Rev. Theophil Blaufuss officiating. Burial will be made in the Reformed Cemetery with the Arnold Schmiedt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The body will lie in state at the Schmiedt Funeral Home until the time of service.
Survivors include the widow; seven children, Rueben of Tripp, Gideon of Fort Thompson, Mrs. Andy Fisher of Tripp, Mrs. Freda Rauscher of Tripp, Art of Tripp, Mrs. Leo Konstantz of Tripp, and Mrs. Don Mick of Freeman. Also surviving are two brothers, John Meyer of Armour and Adam Meyer of Huron; a sister, Mrs. Lydia Schnabel of Tripp.
