PROVO, June 16 -- Mrs. Emily Wells Dugdale, 65, wife of the late Edmund M. Dugdale, died Thursday [June 14, 1928] at her home* [sic] of the effects of a paralytic stroke. Mrs. Dugdale had been in poor health for six months. She was born in Athentan [Atherton], England, on May 2, 1863, and left there for America June 28, 1894. Funeral services will be held in the Bonneville ward chapel Sunday at 1 p.m.
