INDIAN WAR VETERAN DIES
Edmond [sic]* M. Dugdale of Bonneville ward passed away at his home May 4 of causes incident to old age.
Mr. Dugdale was born in Manchester, England, 78 years [nearly] ago, and joined the L. D. S. Church in his native land and came to Utah when 19 years of age, making his home in Provo, where he had lived since. He was a man full of faith and charity, having held many prominent positions for both his church and state.
He leaves besides his wife, [Emily Wells Dugdale]; [his daughter,] Mrs. Esther Ferre; three sons: James, Edmond [sic] M., Jr., and Arthur Dugdale, all of this city; also eight grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the residence, 155 South Sixth East, Saturday from 11 to 1:30.
Mr. Dugdale, whose funeral will be held in the Bonneville ward house tomorrow at 2 p.m., was a Utah Indian War Veteran and a cordial invitation is herein sent to all veterans to be present.
