MARIETTA - Clarence Thomas, 81, died Monday, April 23, 2012, at the Baldwyn Nursing Facility. He was born Aug. 5, 1930, to Arlis and Luna Bell Johnson Thomas. He was a Methodist and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at McMillan Funeral Home with Minister Tony Brown, Minister Ronnie Livingston and Minister Calvin Barber officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Rest Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ruby Corbin; and two brothers, Clovis and Ralph Thomas.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
Visitation will continue until service time today.
