Alice Creason, 88
Alice Creason of Greensburg, the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin Creason and Hila Vick Corum Creason, was born August 12, 1913 in Green County and departed this life on Saturday, September 22, 2001 in Louisville at the Caritas Medical Center. She was 88 years, one month and 10 days of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Aetna Grove Baptist Church and was a caregiver for children.
Survivors include several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Alice Creason was preceded in death by two sisters: Martie Burton and Etta Shields and two brothers: Elam Creason and Clell Creason.
The funeral services for Alice Creason were conducted Monday, September 24 at 2 p.m. at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home. Burial was in the Aetna Grove Cemetery. Bro. Kelvin Edwards officiated.
Pallbearers were Brent Morrison, Neal Marcum, Hulett Stearman, Scott Creason, Michael Bowman, David Marcum and Anthony Creason.
