Services for Clyde Barber, 69, Oklahoma City, will be at 2 pm Tuesday in Northwest Christian Church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery directed by Garrison-Hackler Funeral Home. Barber died Saturday at Presbyterian Hospital after a long illness.
A native of Kansas, he has lived in Oklahoma City since 1937 and had operated an accounting business here for 35 years. Barber was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Northwest Rotary and the Oklahoma Association of Public Accountants. He was an elder and former chairman of the board of Northwest Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; a daughter, Mrs Ted Griffy, Plano, TX; a brother, Clifford, OKC; two sisters, Mrs James Word, Bethany; and Mrs Bill Pope, Enid; and three grandchildren.
