" DEATH OF MRS. KINNAMON
Mrs. Rachel Kinnamon, one of the most estimable women of this place, died at her home in East Denton on Wednesday morning last, aged seventy-three years. Her husband, Mr. Beniah Kinnamon, and twelve children of her first marriage survive. Her first husband was the late Stephen Henry Anderson. The surviving children are: Mrs. Mollie Wilkinson, Isaac D. Anderson, Mrs. Emily Bennett, Mrs. O. J. Redden, Mrs. T. W. Porter, Mrs. Eli Smith, Mrs. C. R. Straughn, Ed. F. Anderson, W. H. Anderson, R. L. Anderson, Mrs. Harry Clark and Mrs. Wilbur Pennington. Since early life Mrs. Kinnamon had been a devoted member of the Methodist Protestant Church, for many years being a regular attendant at Thawley's, in Tuckahoe Neck. The funeral was held on Thursday afternoon last, the Rev. G. Q. Bacchus, of Cambridge, officiating. Interment took place in Denton Cemetery."
