Donna Worthington Weyland passed away Sunday, March 27, 1994.
She was born November 20, 1912, in Grantsville, Utah, to Stephen Hampton (Hamp) Worthington and Annie Josephine (Mollie) Johnson.
She married R. Ernest Weyland July 25, 1930, in Tooele, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death November 16, 1992.
Donna was an active meber of the LDS Church, serving as a visiting teacher for over fifty years. She also served in the Primary, Young Women's, and Relief Society.
She was a devoted wife and mother, and delighted in her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Melvin (Barbara) Russell of Logan, Utah; sister, Alice Allred of Tooele; brother, Max H. Worthington, of Salt Lake City; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 4, 1994, at 11 a.m. at the Tate Mortuary Chapel, 110 South Main, Tooele. Friends may call Sunday, April 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Mortuary and one hour prior to services on Monday.
Interment will be in the Tooele City Cemetery.
