FRIENSHIP - Mrs. Susan G. Condon, 90, widow of Rufus Condon died at a Thomaston nursing home Wednesday. She was born in Waldoboro, July 21, 1869, daughter of William and Susan Genthner Waltz. She had been a resident of Friendship for sixty years. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Condon was a member of the Baptist Church, Friendship and an honorary member of Waldoboro high school, alumni. Funerals services will be at the Waltz Funeral Home Waldoboro at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, with Rev. James A. Purington officiating. Interment will be at Friendship.

FRIENDSHIP - Mrs. Susan G. Condon, 90, of Friendship, died in Thomaston Wednesday. The widow of Rufus Condon. Mrs. Condon was an honorary member of the Waldoboro High School Alumni Association. She graduated from the school in 1886 and was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. Mrs. Condon was born in Waldoboro, July 21, 1869, the daughter of William and Susan Genthner Waltz. She had been a resident of Friendship since her marriage nearly 60 years ago. She and Mr. Condon celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1950. Since Mr. Condon's death in 1951, Mrs. Condon resided with her nephew, Clinton C. Lawry, Melrose, Mass. She is survived by several nieces, Miss. Lalia Waltz of Waldoboro and Mrs. Charles Rowe, also of Waldoboro; Miss. Roselle Waltz and Mrs. Herbert Smith of Everett, Mass., and Mrs. Bessie Patterson of Portland. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4 p. m. from the Waltz Funeral Home in Waldoboro with Rev. James A. Purington officiating. Interment will be in the Roadside Cemetery in Friendship.
