Grayson P. Babington, 73, of 2565 Jefferson Blvd., died Wednesday at the Washington County Hospital.
Born in Frederick County, he was the son of Edward L. and Jennie Harshman Babington.
He had been employed at Danzer Metal Works for 30 years prior to retiring in 1964.
He is the last surviving member of his family.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi R. Carter Babington.
Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. The Rev. Clarence W. McGaha will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 7 to 9.
