Selby Garrett Dies
Selby B. Garrett, aged 73, passed away at his home in Alma, Dec. 19. His wife passed away in July.
Survivors are a son, Tom, of Salem; three daughters, Mrs. Rada Caldwell, of Alma, Mrs. Lorene Bender, of Centralia, Mrs. Lucille Eagan, of Patoka; two sisters, Mrs. Virgil Livesay and Mrs. Wes Robb, of Kinmundy; 3 brothers, Bert, Clyde, and Frank, of Kinmundy, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday from the Linton Funeral Home, Rev. Everet Weiss, officiating, assisted by Rev. C.C. Lowe. Burial was in Sandy Branch Cemetery.
