Terry Allen Quinn, 49 years of age, of Oxford, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 in Orleans, NE. Terry was born August 21, 1962 at McCook, NE., the youngest of four children to Alonzo F. and Norma Jean (Mays) Quinn.

Terry received his education from Oxford Community School, graduating from Oxford High School with the class of 1980. Following his education, Terry made his home in Los Alamitos, California where his career as a horseman began. His passion for horses, lead him to this career that he loved.

In 1988, Terry returned to Nebraska. On June 16, 1989 he was united in marriage to Deana Zeigler at Broken Bow, Nebraska and to this union three sons were born: Carter, Taylor and Tucker. The family made their home in Bandera, Texas returning to Oxford in 1999.

His true passion in life for living was his three sons'. He loved coaching their little league sporting activities. He also enjoyed the horse track, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by: mother, Norma Jean Quinn and his grandparents.

Terry is survived by: sons: Carter and Taylor Quinn of Kearney, Nebraska and Tucker Quinn of Loup City, Nebraska; father, Alonzo Quinn and his close friend, Eileen Kolbet of Hastings, Nebraska; sister, Tuwanna Hammond and her husband, Jerry of Oxford; brothers: Lonnie "Boots" Quinn and his wife, Bernie of Oxford and Rick Quinn and his wife, Lori of Grand Junction, Colorado and a host of relatives and friends.

Inurnment was in the Oxford Cemetery, Oxford, NE.
