John Harvey Dove, 80, husband of Martha Etta Dove of Dickerson, died at Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Wednesday.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Zora Young of Lime Kiln; Mrs. Cletta Roberts of Beallsville; Mrs. Stella Angleburger of Woodsboro; three sons, Arnold B. Dove of Bartonsville; Nathan L. Dove of Fredericksburg, Va.; Emmett Dove of Dickerson; 38 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Noah E. Dove of Criders, Va. and one sister, Mrs. Ida Lantz of Bridgewater, Va. and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Roy W. Barber funeral home, Laytonsville, where services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.
