Douglas Moore, 50, of Warsaw, Kentucky entered into rest Tuesday, April 16, 1991 at his home in Warsaw. Doug was the oldest son of George Ambrose Moore and the late Bessie Marie Scott Moore. He was born on January 17, 1941 in Owen County and then, resided his childhood years in rural Grant County, Ky. He was a heavy equipment operator and certified mechanic for the Kentucky State Highway Department - Gallatin County for over 20 years before becoming disabled.
He was preceded in death by his mother and one brother, Timothy Moore. Doug was survived at the time of his passing by his father, George Moore of Erlanger; two sisters, Wanda (Bill) Wells of West Columbia, South Carolina and Shirley (Roy) Bowling of Erlanger; one brother, Jerry (Crystal) Moore of Augusta, Georgia; three nephews and three nieces.
