James (Jimmy) Earl Joslin, 67, of Mabelvale, passed away December 22, 2011. He was born May 24, 1944 in the town of Bryant Ar. to the late Albert Luther Sr. and Flora Christine Harrington Joslin.He was preceded in death by both of his parents,two brothers, Albert Luther Joslin Jr ad Roy George Joslin, and three sisters, Marjorie Helen Brown Joslin, Lillie May Pavy Joslin, and Gladys L. Warner Joslin. Jimmy was a member of Olive Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Little Rock.
Jimmy served in the United States Army as a Tank Mechanic. He served in Germany, and Korea.

Survivors, wife, Dorothy Joslin, daughters, Stephanie Dawn Joslin Henson, Stacy Lynn Joslin Thompson. Step-sons, Wesley Hester, Jody Hester, Joe Lee Hester and David Nelson, step-daughter, Gwen McClendon, one brother,Paul W. Joslin, five sisters, Dovie J. Childress Joslin, Patricia L. Whitlow Joslin,Shrlie Spears Joslin, Mary Abbott Joslin, Wanda L. Rounsaville Joslin,and eight grandchildren to include, Joshua R. Kipke, Matthew P. Kipke, Zachariah Kipke, & William Allen Henson.

Graveside Services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 1:00 p.m. Monday Dec 28,2012 at Lick Creek Cemetery near Booneville, Arkansas.
