Mrs. William Anderson

Mrs. William (Gladys Aldine) Anderson, 49, Rt. 2, Cortland, was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Joseph's Hospital at 3 a.m. today. Death was due to a heart ailment.

Born June 3, 1921, in Reynoldsville, Pa., she was the daughter of George and Jessie Laird Bell.

A resident here since 1940, she was a member of Mecca Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, William Anderson, whom she married June 3, 1949; two daughters, Mrs. Don (Susan) Yannacey of Warren, Miss Nikkie Anderson, a student at Ohio State University; two sisters, Mrs. George (Marian) Zarick and Mrs. Howard (Dorothy) Whitmore, both of Warren; three brothers, Murel and George Bell Jr., both of Reynoldsville, Dwight of Warren; and two grandchildren.

Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Robert H. Roberts Memorial Home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Burial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
