Warren, O. - Mrs. Jessie L. Bell, 706 Jackson St., Reynoldsville (Jefferson Co.), Pa., died at 1:45 p.m. Friday in Warren General Hospital here. She was 71.

A resident of Reynoldsville most of her life, Mrs. Bell was the widow of George Bell. She was born Aug. 27, 1887, in Glasgow, Scotland, daughter of Robert and Jessie Mann Laird.

Rev. William Foster Jr., will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. Monday at Eugene F. Smith Funeral Home in Reynoldsville. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery at Desire, Pa.

Mrs. Bell was a member of the Dames of Malta and the First Presbyterian Church in Reynoldsville.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Howard Whitmore and Mrs. George Zarick, Warren, O.' and Mrs. William Anderson, Courtland, O.; five sons, John, James, Dwight, Warren,O.; and George and Murel, Reynoldsville.

Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ann Muellich, Toledo; and Mrs. Jane Lingenfelter, Niagara Falls, N.Y.; two brothers, David, Portland, Ore.; and Albert, Verona, Pa.; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
