Born to Jonathan and Bessie (Snyder) Frisby. Never graduated from high school but ran a very successful welding firm, Frisby Welding Works in Casper, Wyoming. Married to Lorriane (Toots) Sterling July 2, 1931. No children.When his father passed away in 1937 Dean and Lorraine took his younger brothers Bob and Wayne to live with them. Dean passed away in Mesa, Arizona in 1967. Preceded by parents. Survived by wife and 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
