preceded in death by seven
brothers: Earl Champ, Quentin
Champ, infant Paul Champ, John
Champ, Harlan Champ, Merrill
Champ and Bryson Champ; five sisters: Verdie Hedrick, Dora Cooper
Mauzy, Evelyn Boggs, Joy Basinger
and Rose Virginia Vance.
Mr. Champ worked for Dittmar
Company in Arlington, VA for several years. He served in the United
States Army and was a life member
of the VFW Post 6454, Petersburg,
WV.
He is survived by three sons,
Dwayne Champ of Charlottesville,
VA, Dwight Champ of Warrenton,
VA and Jeffery Champ of Fredricksburg, VA; three daughters, twin
daughters, Annette Dameron of
Cabins, WV and Aleta Jenkins of
Warrenton, VA and Dianna Hinkle
of Arthur, WV; one brother, Dayton
V. Champ of Lahmansville, WV; two
sisters, Thelma Rohrbaugh of Petersburg, WV and Ruby Dolly of
Burlington, WV; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and
several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, Feb 10th, at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Brother Dayton Lewis officiating. Interment was
in Lahmansville Cemetery with a military graveside service by VFW Post
6454 and JROTC
