Mrs. Edna Beck
FLOYDADA - Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Mary Beck, 72, of Floydada, a former Dumas resident, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the First Methodist Church here.
The Rev. Clifford Trotter, pastor of First Methodist Church at Hereford, and the Rev. C.B. Melton, pastor, of the Floydada Church, will officiate. Burial will be in North Lawn Park at Dumas by Moore-Rose Funeral Home of Floydada.
Mrs. Beck died Tuesday morning in the Caprock Hospital here.
She was born in Grayson County, and lived in Floydada for several years before moving to Dumas 22 years ago. She returned recently to live in the Westbryan Haven Rest Home here.
She was a member of the First Methodist Church.
Survivors include five sons, Earl, Jack and C.M. of Dumas, Oran of San Diego, Calif., and Dean of Houston; a daughter, Mrs. Bud Sparks of Floydada; two brothers, C.M. and C.B. Lyles of Floydada; two sisters, Mrs. E.J. Barker and Mrs. E.B. Chestnut of Floydada, 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
