Retha was and continues to be a special individual – she possessed a gentle, kind soul and was the most generous and giving person I have ever known. FAMILY was very important to her. She was like my 2nd Mom and I know many of you have felt adopted by her as well. My memories of special camping trips, uniquely invented tapioca popsicles, fishing trips, holidays, sitting around a table playing games, introducing someone to one of her recipes, visiting, sharing stories, and just spending time in her presence – these are my memories that will last a lifetime.
