Mr. Mc Nutt was born in Blandford, Mass., in 1827 and came to Warren in 1844. He was the son of Abram Nutt and Mary Lindsay Nutt. He was one of twelve children. In 1851 he was married to Miss Margaret Mathews who died August 10, 1892. They were married in the old Episcopal Church, which afterwards became the Catholic Church. Mr. Mc Nutt one time sang in Christ church choir and his interests were with that church although he never became a communicant. He was a painter by trade and a good workman. Mr. Mc Nutt was a kind father and husband and a man with no enemies. He leaves three children, Mrs. J.W. Spangenberg, and William Matthew Mc Nutt of Warren and Cornielus C. Mc Nutt, Jr. of Youngstown. The funeral will be held Thursday at 1:30 at his late residence with Rev. Cooke officiating.
