Cornelius C. McNutt, formerly of Yuongstown, Ohio, and for the last 10 years general superintendent of the Milton Manufacturing Co., died at his home in Milton, Pa., Wednesday. He lived in Youngstown from 1899 until 1915 and was identified with The William Tod Co. here.
He was the son of Cornelius and Margaret Mathews McNutt of Warren, where he was born on Oct. 30, 1860. In 1881 he married Edna A. Chadwick who died in 1916, and several years later he married Bessie Dentley who survives him. Mr. McNutt was a member of the Trinity Church atWilliamsport, Pa., and the B.P.O.E. He possessed many friends in Youngstown and had visited here several times in late years.
Besides his wife he leaves three children, Mrs. Mary Sherman, Edward F. and Fred C. McNutt. The body will be taken to the Sherman home, 46 Ellenwood Ave. Funeral announcements will be made later.
