William M. Mc Nutt, a well known and very highly esteemed resident of the city, passed away at his home on S. tod ave., Thursday afternoon at 2:45, his death terminating an illness of three months with complications and heart trouble. Announcement of the death of Mr. Mc Nutt is received with deep regret, throughout the city, especially among the employers and employees of the Western Reserve Lumber Co. where he was employed for many years. He was born in Warren on November 12, 1860 and spent all his life here. He was a man of wide acquaintance and many noble characteristics and was a life longmember of the Baptist church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Mc Nutt, three sons, William J., Neal C., Rolland H. Mc Nutt and one daughter, Ruth E. Mc Nutt all of Warren; one brother Cornielus C. Mc Nutt of Milton, Pa., and a sister Mrs. J.W. Spangenberg, Sparta, Mich.

He was the son of Cornielus McNutt and Margaret Mathew McNutt of Warren, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held in the McFarland Funeral Home on N.Park av., Saturday at 2 p.m., when Rev. C.H. Rich, pastor of the Baptist church will officiate.

Interment will be made in Oakwood Cemetery.

Many relatives and friends assembled on Saturday afternonn at 2 o'clock to pay a tribute of respectto the memory of the late William Mc Nutt, who passed away at his home on Wednesday. The services were held in the McFarland Funeral Home, North Park av., and were in charge of Rev. C.C. Rich, pastor of the Baptist Church. Many beautiful floral emblems were placed on the casket, and the pall bearers were John and William Harris, Earl Borner, Otto Parrish, E. Bettike and C.M. Hatch. Burial took place in Oakland Cemetery.
