MICHAEL L. DOWNING of Spring, Texas passed away April 28, 2008. Michael was born June 27, 1939 in Rock Island, Illinois, to Rexford and Katherine Downing. Michael is preceded in death by his wife: Elaine Downing; parents: Rexford and Katherine Downing. Visitation will be 9:00 to 10:30 AM Thursday May 1, 2008 The Rosary will be recited at 10:30 AM the funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM at Klein Funeral Chapel, Tomball. The rite of Committal will follow in Klein Memorial Park, FM 2920. Michael is survived by his daughters: Deborah Wagner and husband Spenser, Susanne Roth and husband Lucas; grandchildren: Angela Carr, Millie Wagner and Tieler Downing; and numerous other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Michael's name to Houston Hospice, 1905 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77030-4123.
