Monroe Goins, 69, who had made his home in Oklahoma City since 1908, died Sunday at his home, 619 N. Lee. He was a native of Texas. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Edna Goins, of the home; three brothers, Will Goins, Houston; and Jess and Leonard Goins, both of Los Angeles, CA; and a sister, Mrs Callie Gardner, of Los Angeles. Services will be announced by Garrison Funeral Home.
