Paris, Sept. 9 -- Mrs. Louise Delaney Gosney, 94, formerly prominent in Paris town and church activities, died Saturday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Maude Moss, in Paris. Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Speed & Blakey Funeral Home by the Rev. W. A. Wimberly, pastor of the Paris Christian Church. She had been ill several months.
Mrs. Gosney is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Moss and Mrs. Clarence Evans, both of Paris and one son, Marvin Gosney vice-president and treasurer of the Sinclair Oil Company, with offices in New York City.
She was a member of the Paris Christian Church. Burial was in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
