Records reflect that Mollie is laid to rest here at South Bend. Since many graves and headstones have been destroyed by storms and/or vandals, there is no marker. Mollie would have been placed in the Hudson Mausoleum - an 8 unit structure built by Benjamin Hudson - her father-in-law. This is according to Margie Luke, a St. Mary Pa. Historian/Archivist, who has helped in verifying records of this family.
Mary Agnes "Mollie" Moore is the daughter of William H. and Elizabeth Ann Johnson Moore. William was killed in the Mex/Am War ( body not recovered) when Mollie was a baby. Elizabeth later married Minos Talbot Gordy, Sr. Mollie had one full brother and 9 half siblings connected below.
Mollie married Francis Benjamin "Frank" Hudson on 21 Jan 1868, in St. Mary Parish. They had 8 children who lived. They were:
