Alphonse [sic] DeSloover, 77, of 1312 18th Ave. , East Moline , died today in Illini Hospital , Sil[vi]s, after a brief illness.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday morning in St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline , and burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 tomorrow night in the Van Hoe Chapel. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. tomorrow in the funeral home.
Mr. DeSloover was born in Moline . He married Margarite Ballegeer March 27, 1920, in Belgium . She preceded him in death in 1967.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Campbellis Plouier [sic - Cantellis Plouvier], Belle Plaine , Iowa , and a brother, Victor, of Oregon.
