Oldest of 11 children of John and Anna Lesniewski. Resided 735 E. Hudson Street, Toledo, OH 43608. After she could no longer live alone on E. Hudson, daughter Alma Stark brought her to live with her and husband at their residence at 11005 Fidelity Ave., Cleveland, OH 44111 in about 1980. Eventually Thelma had to enter a nursing home in Berea where she passed away.

Thelma and husband, Stanley L. Wozniak, were divorced in about 1936. Thelma never remarried. In the divorce settlement she got the house on East Hudson Street but had to go to work in a garment factory to support herself, eventually retiring in about 1970.
