Anna emigrated to the U.S. with her parents when she was three months old. She married John Lesniewski in 1894 and was a member of St. Hedwig's Church and the Polish National Alliance. At the time of her death Anna had 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Residence: 332 Everett Street.

In later life she liked to watch boxing matches on television.
