David Tracy, 59, of Robinson, died at 3:45 p.m. Monday, July 4, 2011, at his home.
He was born December 31, 1951, in Robinson, the son of Lyle Tracy and Leatha Smith Tracy.
He worked in production at Tempco for several years and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Robinson.
On February 11, 2005, he married Geneva Spade, and she preceded him in death on January 17, 2011.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Dean, Jim and LeRoy Tracy.
He is survived by his son, Josh Tracy, of Robinson; five daughters and sons-in-law, Tabatha and Fred Smith (Robinson), Rita and Paul Perrine (Eldorado), Amanda Higgins (Robinson), Vonnetta and Dan Shipman (Flat Rock), and Samantha Lankston (Robinson); four stepsons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Tonya Spade (Robinson), Kelly Spade (Robinson), Joseph and Linda Spade (Bridgeport), and Christopher and Beth Spade (Newburgh, Ind.); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Leon and Helen Tracy (Oblong), Bob and Pat Tracy (Oblong), Don and Carol Tracy (Olney), Charles and Debbie Tracy (Olney), and Lloyd and Florence Tracy (Hardinville); four sisters and brothers-in-law, Lois Dunlap (Robinson), Norma and Jerry Watts (Robinson), Mary and Jimmy Westbrook (Tucker, Ga.), and Linda and Rick Pethtel (Palestine); as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 7 at Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson with Pastor George Meese presiding over services. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery.
