She was born on February 26, 1934, in Marshall, Illinois, the daughter of Russell and Victoria Mae (Turner) Lee. She married David Tracy on July 21, 1998. She retired from the Victor Dana Corporation in 1988.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, William Miller and Stephen Church of Palestine; six stepchildren, Amanda Higgins of Bridgeport, Vonetta Shipman of Flat Rock, Tabatha Smith and Joshua Tracy, both of Robinson, Rita Baud of Oblong and Samantha Tracy of Palestine; two brothers, Wayne Lee of Casey and Russell "Roger" Lee of Riverside, California; one sister, Margie Kessler of Sobeka, Minnesota; and seven grandchildren, including Alex and Ashley Church of Lawrenceville. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, David Lee and Donald Lee; and her son, Gregory (Scott) Miller.
The funeral was held at the Goodwin Funeral Home in Robinson, with Pastor Leland Culp officiating. Burial was in the Harmony Cemetery in rural Bellair.
