Lloyd A. 'Hoppy' Tracy was born Nov. 28, 1943, in Annapolis, a son of Lyle and Letha Smith Tracy. He married Florence L. Welker Dec. 22, 1962.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Bryan (Crystall) Tracy, James Tracy and Lynn Like; two daughters, Rohnna (Clinton) Woodward and Shanna (Bruce) Scott; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four sisters, Lois Dunlap, Linda Pethtel, Norma Watts and Mary Westbrook; three brothers, Leo Tracy, Chuck Tracy and Bobby Tracy and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Lloyd A. Tracy, Jr. and Timothy Tracy; and five brothers, Jim Tracy, Dean Tracy, Don Tracy, Dave Tracy and LeRoy Tracy.
