He was born November 7, 1897 in the town of Maple Grove, son of the late John and Mary Bruhl Geiger. He married Sophia Pritzl on October 19, 1927 in Whitelaw. She preceded him in death September 18, 1950. He then married Viola Kaderabeck Kohlbeck on May 23, 1953. She preceded him in death on April 29, 1961. He then married Jennie Thiessen on September 9, 1967. She preceded him in death September 9, 1970.
Mr. Geiger was employed at the Brillion Iron Works for many years. He was an avid hunter. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion, the Catholic Knights, and the West Maple Grove Hunting Club.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Lenor and Roman Endries, Manitowoc; one son and two daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Beatrice Geiger, Brillion, Marcella (Sally) Geiger, Cato; twelve grandchildren; one great grandson; one sisters, Cecelia Pritzl, Manitowoc; two sisters-in-law, Mary Geiger, San Louis Manor, Green Bay, Rose Geiger, Brillion; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Oscar and Grace Rappel, Sheboygan.
He was preceded in death by one infant daughter; one son, LeRoy; five sisters and five brothers.
