Jacksonville - Funeral services for Mrs. Waitsel Elizabeth Clakley, 79, of Jacksonville, are set for 4 p.m. Sunday in Thompson-Elliott Chapel with President Paul Ratliff of the Tyler branch of Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery near Frankston.
Mrs. Clakley died Friday night in a local hospital after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include her husband, James A. Clakley of Jacksonville; four sons, Dave Green Clakley, Orville Clakley, Curtis Clakley and Lukie Clakley, all of Jacksonville; two daughters, Mrs. Ree Ellis and Mrs. Lucille Mickey, both of Houston; one sister, Mrs. Monnie Bailey of Artesia, N.M.; 24 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
