Marie had a love for life, her family and friends, and was a positive, inspirational person who enjoyed life to its fullest, especially cooking and entertaining for family and friends. She mentored several generations of young people during her long life, which was dedicated to helping others in whatever way possible. She appreciated nature and was an avid mushroom hunter.
