BURNS, MR. AARON L., age 81, of Ashville, AL, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2009 in Birmingham, AL. He was a member of Reeves Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Frances Burns; daughters, Latrelle (Rick) Mason, Loretta (Perry) Reid, Nancy (Mike) Hays; stepsons, Rodney (Brenda) Trousdale, Phillip (Kathy) Trousdale; sister, Joyce Warden; brothers, Bob Burns, Carl Burns; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Usrey Chapel, Pell City, on Friday, December 4, 2009 at 2:00 PM with burial in Pine Forest Cemetery. Rev. Paul Alexander officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8PM at the funeral home. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Shaily Lakhanpal, Dr. Kent Tucker, Pamela Richey CRNP, and their office staff, and also to the entire staff of St. Vincent's East, 5 East.
