VANCOUVER WASH - Mrs. Nora Grave Taylor Jackson, 90 of Vancouver, formerly of Ogden, died Monday in a Vancouver hospital of cause's incident to age. Mrs. Jackson was born Nov. 12, 1885, in Ogden, a daughter of Joseph Ezra and Sarah Ellen Barker Taylor.
She married Preston Walter Jackson and was a member of the Ogden 9th LDS Ward until she moved to Oakland, Calif., in 1934. She was Relief Society secretary and Primary teacher in the 9th ward and was a worker in the Oakland Temple. She returned to Ogden in 1967 and was a Relief Society visiting teacher in the 18th ward and a temple worker. She later moved to Vancouver to live with a daughter.
Surviving are three sons and two daughters, Wendell T. Jackson, Walnut Creek, Calif., Frank W. Jackson, Tacoma, Wash.; Louis R. Jackson, Fremont, Calif.; Mrs. H. C. (Florence) Harris, Red Bluff, Calif.; Mrs. William R. (Gloria) Tanner, Vancouver, Wash; 23 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers and three sisters; A. Earl Taylor, San Francisco, Calif., William B. Taylor, Mrs. Florence E. Smith, Mrs. George W. (Viola) Linford all of Ogden. Mrs. John L. (Lillian) Buskirk, Beaumont, Calif.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in the Myers Mortuary Chapel in Ogden with Bishop William D. Hamblin officiating.
Friends may call at the mortuary Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday prior to services. Interment in the Ogden City cemetery.
