Mrs. Tessie L. Sikes Died Last Tuesday
Mrs. Tessie L. Sikes Sikes,83, died Tuesday of last week at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah after a short illness.
Born in Tattnall County, she was a homemaker and attended First Assembly of God Church in Collins.
Surviving are a daughters, Vondell McNair of Collins; two sons, Gus Sikes o Geneva, Ala., and Hugh Sikes of Baton Rouge, La; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held a 2 P.M. last Thursday at McCall-Trapnell Funeral Home in Reidsville, with burial in the Lynn Cemetery near Collins.
