Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Melvin Lenox; a brother, Parker Lewis; and a sister, Anna Muntz. She is survived by: three sons, Douglas (Janie) Lenox and Jerry Lenox, both of Cynthiana, and Dale (Mary) Lenox, of Lexington; a brother, Almond Lewis, Jr., of Warsaw, Missouri; two sisters, Beulah Bell, of Lexington, and Agnes Boyle, of Bourbon County; and three grandchildren, Tanya Depalmo, Heather Lenox and Taylor Lenox.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 13, at Ware Funeral Home by Dr. Tim Teater. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 12. Burial will be at Battle Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
