Lucille was mother to Sharleen Ann Thomas, Lacy W. Thomas Jr (deceased) and Donald Lee Thomas. Lucille was a twin, her twins name was Louise. Lucilles mother died when she was 16. Her oldest sister, Gretchen Midkiff Wiseman became like a mother to her. Other siblings included sisters Ethel ( Ithel), Mabel,and Helen. A twin sister, Louise, died at age 24. Brothers were A.E.( archiel) and Gilmer Midkiff. Lucille was an excellent cook and worked as a cook or waitress for many years. She had a quiet, unassuming way about her. She always seemed to see the good in people, especially her children and grandchildren.
