Mrs. Mabel Blankenship---- Death claimed Mrs. Mabel Blankenship 25, Sunday at the home of sister Mrs. Lucile Thomas of Dana Hollow, after a long illness.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2.p.m. at the Thomas Residence, with the Rev Sam Hager officiating. Burial will follow in the family cemetery on Alum Creek with the Noble Long mortuary in charge.
Surviving also are her husband Joseph Blankenship: four other sisters, Mrs. Van Wiseman of Big Chimney. Mrs Ethel Smith of Charleston, Mrs. Helen Bayne of Lexington Va, Miss Louise Midkiff of Alum Creek: a son Larry Blankenship, and two brothers Arcel and Gilmer Midkiff both of Alum creek.
