R H Jones Bangs Farmer Dies In Hospital
R. H. Jones, 58, Bangs farmer, died at 6:30 a.m. today at a local hospital following a short illness.
Mr. Jones had been a resident of Brown county for 25 years. He was born in Falls county Sept. 28, 1886. He was a member of the Concord Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Austin-Morris Funeral Chapel here, with Rev. Cullen Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery in Coleman county.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Alice Jones; four sons, Howard Jones of Santa Anna, H. D. Jones of Brownwood, Robert L. Jones of Camp Maxie and Charles R. Jones of Bangs; five daughters, Mrs. S. G. Reynolds of Eldorado, Mrs. James Hintner of Brownwood, Mrs. George Burroughs of Brownwood, Miss Melba Jean Jones of Bangs, and Mrs. Doss Wilbanks of Arizona; and two sisters, Mrs. Earl Rowe of Cisco, and Mrs. Levie Dyer of Carthage.
