Graveside services for Lena V. Reynolds, 66, of 2705 Ave. C, Brownwood, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Leon Eason officiating. Burial will be at Greenleaf Cemetery and Davis-Morris Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Reynolds, a retired licensed vocational nurse, died at 1:50 a.m. this morning at Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born Aug. 22, 1916 in Edna, she married Sturgis John Reynolds Jan. 13, 1933 in Bangs. He died in 1962. Mrs. Reynolds was a 48-year resident of Brownwood and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Patsy Martin of Naples, Texas and Peggy Penn of Sweetwater; one son Bobby Jack Reynolds of Lake Brownwood; three sisters, Mrs. George Burroughs and Mrs. Ed Collier of Brownwood, and Mrs. Joe Templin of Fort Worth; three brothers, Howard Jones and Charles Ray Jones of Brownwood and Robert Lee Jones of Lake Brownwood; and 13 grandchildren.
