Birth place: Ranfurly, Minburn, Alberta, Canada
Death place: Seattle, King, Washington, USA

However, researcher Clinton Haggard believes Ethel was the daughter of Josiah Collins Haggard and Adella(Prescott) Haggard, was born in Dubuque, Iowa, as was daughter Dorothy. He provides William's middle name Percy. However, I was unable to find records to substantiate an Iowa connection.
