Knox, Marvin Luther – age 57, of Route 1, Paint Rock Community, Kingston, was D.O.A. Monday evening at Harriman Hospital.
Member of Paint Rock Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by father and mother, Luther and Martha Ella Queen Knox.
Survivors: sisters, Mrs. Katherine McDaniel, Mrs. Emily Armstrong, both of Knoxville, Mrs. Martha Bradley, Ohio; brothers, J.C. of Knoxville, Thomas of Kingston, Paul of California; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service 11 a.m. Thursday, Paint Rock Baptist Church, Rev. Dan Murphy officiating. Burial in Paint Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the church. The body is at Karnes Funeral Home, Loudon, awaiting the funeral hour.
